Dear
Growers,
The
district crushed a total of 206,584 tonnes in Week 8. Victoria
mill crushed 134,634 tonnes and Macknade mill crushed 71,950
tonnes. The district average ccs for the week was 12.01. Rates
continue to be 30 tph greater than budget and this is a function of
the good bin weights being recorded this year.
The
mill reported that they have completed the second bin program for
the year delivering 150 new bins on the line and will continue to
fabricate next year’s capital project ahead of schedule.

private farmland due to incorrect Google maps, is gaining
momentum. After a lengthy process of logging errors with
Google and constructive follow up by CANEGROWERS Legal Advisor
Chris Cooper with Google's legal team, members are
seeing their private tracks removed from Google's mapping system.
If any growers are aware of issues, they can contact their local
