Canegrowers Herbert River will be
holding a one day Pilot/Escort Level 1 Driving Training Course on
Thursday
20 May at
the Canegrowers Herbert River Building.
As you may be aware, when
applying or being granted a permit for oversized and/or over
massed implements, the conditions set by NHVR/Main Roads is to
have at least one accredited pilot/escort driver.
This course gives you an
opportunity at a reasonable price to qualify yourself or one of
your workers. The cost is $590.00 per person and the duration is
8.30am to approximately 3.00pm.
All participants are to hold a
current Driver License (Provisional License Holders are not
permitted).
On successful completion of this
course, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment in
TLIC3010 Pilot or escort oversized and/or over massed loads,
Level 1 Pilot.
